Keith Burgess: Afton Canyon

The drama of a train passing at night is heightened with the headlights illuminating the through-truss bridge crossing of the dry Mojave River. Adding depth to the scene is the glow of distant Las Vegas defining the rugged mountain horizon, and a touch of moonlight providing the faintest of light in the sky overhead.
