Judges' comment:
This image of the station at Durand, Michigan is a perfectly balanced twilight photo, with the interior lights casting a warm, inviting glow beneath the deep blue sky. A few clouds around the rising moon add a sense of intrigue, while the photographer used the oblique angle of the intersecting tracks as strong lines of composition, heightened by the reflected lights of the station.
