Judges' comment:
The conductor, framed by the lighted doorway, checking his watch suggests the impermanence of this image, as does the slight motion blur of the man on the platform. The lines of both the cars and the lights provide a flow to the image, and the glow from the platform lights is nicely complement by the twilit sky.
