Judge's comment:
The humorous part of the image is the appearance that the man is walking away from his pet locomotive. The serious and aesthetic part is the line of fencing, the sharp vertical of the lamp with the subtle vertical of the engine in the right. The man walks away, perhaps getting off the train; going to work, maybe just passing by. It creates a visually appealing shot with things happening on either side of the photograph.
